We are pleased to introduce to you our new cardholder login portal.  The new portal enables you to login to your account with your desired user id and password (instead of having the card number and PIN used earlier).  For the first time you need to activate/re-register your card with the card number and PIN (using Sign-up/Register Card with your card number), create your desired username and password and upon successful registration login into your account.

Major announcement to all cardholders:  “Core System Migration / Temporary Service Disruption”


As part of our continuous efforts in introducing new features and functionalities associated with your Travelez cards, there is a system migration in process starting today (10pm UAE time) whereby access to the cardholder portal, card registration, issuance, loads and reloads would be temporarily unavailable.  We expect the system migration to be completed by Dec 7th 2015.    We will enable access to the new card portal and the rest of the specified cardholder transactions soon after the system migration is completed. We regret for any inconvenience caused to you during the migration process.
